This is the worst place in kendall. I never knew there could be so many low class people living in one complex. People constantly screaming on the streets. Loud Noise, Music! No guest parking spots after 8pm.Had both cars in my household broken into 3 times total. Rude residents, crappy maintanence and management. Spend a little more a month and get yourself a real place.
