Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
I have lived in these apartments twice. From 1985-1988 (1/1 bed room and a 2/2 bedroom) and now from 11/2005 ( 2 bedroom )again. Both experiences were excellent.
Most of all the bathrooms( cabinets and fixtures) and the entire kitchen( range, dishwasher,fridge) are have just been upgraded with new tile and carpeted bedrooms.
The color is neutral and the floor plans are spacious. Most of the A/C units are new and work perfectly.
For the price these are the largest apartments in Kendall and the location is perfect. Next to a CVS pharmacy
bakery and resturant. They sit across the street from the Kendal public Library and on 3 major bus lines.
The only issues I see is that this apartment complex can not get a permit to put in an electronic security gate at the entrence because it is to close to 97th Ave. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
