I feel the management is racially biased. Help is only given to certain individuals and families. The management is also never around when needed the most. Don't even bother trying to call the office, it is a waste of time. The property does have security officers on duty from the time the office close until morning. BUT THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!! Don't bother asking them for help if you don't speak Spanish. That is when the apartment complex becomes unsafe. I feel it is an endangerment to the tenants. Parking is really a hassle if you have more than one car. There is also a limited amount of guest spaces. Don't bother inviting friends or family over. Also, the complex WILL TOW YOUR CAR!! Management could careless about parking. Don't bother mentioning it. The maintenance is also horrible. It takes months for requests to be fulfilled. The maintenance has no clue on building upkeep and how to fix things without making it worse. I admit the apartments are very spacious. That doesn't mean it's worth the headaches and money. I would rather stay in a smaller apartment with less problems and headaches and spend less. If size is a preference it is the place to be. Really great for families!! Single individuals can do much better. It is very convienent to bus lines, resturants, grocery stores, shopping mall,etc. It is located in Kendall which is almost a city in itself. No need to go far for anything. Also close to the metrorail if you'd rather commute to work. Centipedes (bugs) on the first floor is really a problem. Especially if you live in the back apartments. Pest control is not the greatest. There are numerous laundry facilities on the property but the washers don't have hot water. Can't get those whites to sparkle!!!
