Unethical Jerks.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
In November of 2006, The management decided to perform 'an upgrade' to the units, by capping off the balconies on each unit to add an 'extra room'. They work crews capped the balconies before the new roofing was added, and when it rained lightly, the balconies startied filling with water. I told the management about the problem and as usual they said they would handle it, and neglected to do anything about it. A week later a thunderstorm in the middle of the night caused the balcony to fill up over two feet deep, and all the water came squirting in around the glass doors. It filled my apartment six inches deep in water, ruining anything that was on the floor, including my leather couches and my bed (which had no frame). The management did absolutely NOTHING to help us with a place to stay or any type of compensation for the ruined furniture. My wife and I had to move that very day as the place was unliveable. I wouldnt rent here unless you had nowhere else to go, and even then-- youre better off anywhere else.
