I lived in a alcove studio for a year by myself and enjoyed my time at Cherry Grove Village. Ya there was an occasional bug and I didn't get a lot of natural light in the apartment, but I never ran into any major issues. The kitchen was updated, laundry was right outside my door. Sometimes neighbor noise was an issue. I am a young single female and living alone with my dog. I never felt unsafe, very residential area. Though the office staff was often hard to find, they did get stuff done when i needed them. Only once had an issue with the air conditioning...took about 2 days total to fix. The gym and pool were always in nice condition. The grounds had plenty of grass to walk my dog...though not everyone else picked up after their animals. I would recommend living here if you are on a budget.
