From the outside, this building looks like it has potential. Once you live here, you realize how ridiculous and poorly run this building is. The building isn't safe, either. If you own a dog... forget about it.

This is the most rediculous post I have ever seen. I have lived at Cite since it opened. The building is extremely well maintained, is full, and is very safe. The building is not poorly run. Your just an idiot.
