I have lived in their apartments at 3084 SW 27th Avenue , around 3 years. its a quiet community but often outdoor lights are out. there is slow or no reply to any concerns and to get anything fixed in this apartment its a bureaucratic nightmare. there are serious safety issues (Two days after someone fix my window, my apartment was robbed).
I have just had it with their "its your problem attitude" specially since they charge an amount extra from the rent as an appliance "repair insurance", if anyone intents to move here you may want to be aware of these issues.
