I have been living here for 4 years and is a very pleasant community. The location and the people are great. Yes, the new paint colors are pretty horrible. Most are nice though, except a couple of them. Whenever I have a problem someone is there right away to fix it. Have only had a couple major issues that took a while to resolve but it finally did.
