Calm place with perfectly pretty tropical landscaping and pool, friendly and helpful managers, and efficient problem fixing and huge rooms/closets/balconies. The neighbors are friendly and contrary to some prior posts all races and religions are truly welcome and present. Many synagogues and churches of all affiliations in close proximity. Families with children and young professionals. People are polite and take care of their appearance. 15 min to Coral Gables campus of UM, 25 min to Miami Beach, 10 min to Coral Gables, 5 min to any of the four major malls in the area (Dadeland, Sunset, Falls and Merrick Park), 2 min to Publix ? that?s why we are still renting 
