My parents lived there around 6 years and the rent went up each year for the same low-rated service. Not very nice, the people are just loud and rude. Pets are allowed but people's activities are very limited...you want a place where your children can ride a byke and be safe: NOT HERE! they are not allowed to ride anything the only children allowed to do that are the manager's. It just not worth your money to have visitors go up an urinated elevator as well as the stairs. To have people take your laundry clothes from the machine you are using so they can get their way. Just Forget it!!
