	My parents been living since 1984, very quiet neighbor hood and maintenance very good, family oriented community,parents won't leave this property for nothing in this world....Rent is fair cost.

	My parents lived there around 6 years and the rent went up each year for the same low-rated service. Not very nice, the people are just loud and rude. Pets are allowed but people's activities are very limited...you want a ... more
