Very Central Location!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Everything is literally 5 minutes away: Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Beach, Key Biscayne. The building is not too big, well maintained and the owners are all very nice. It's also very peaceful, i.e. no parties going on past 11 pm on weekends. I barely hear my neighbors.
