First of all i would like to say that i lived there for 7 years in a 1 br and a 2br apt. i know the maintenance there is very prompt and efficent. they keep the grounds very clean and there are plenty of kids in the area that have a safe place to play in the culdesacs on the end of the streets. the manager of the property is very fair and the price only went up 25 bucks a year the last 3 years of me staying there. the apts are old and they have wall units. but the space for the apartments you will easily pay 1100 to 1400 on the same size for a new apartment. around the area you have 9 gas stations so the gas is cheap in that area of miami. there are 12 restaurants (fast food) withing a 1/4 mile stretch. the cable company is less than that and 2 dunkin doughnuts across the street on the same street for all of you coffee drinkers. the post office is also in the area and also a publix supermarket....the apartments are in a prime area less than a mile to get on i-95, palmetto, and the turnpike. if youre looking to stay long or short term this is the best bet for your money.
