Its a cute little apartment complex. My lease was a nine month lease. The management has been cool, they fix any repairs I have. They keep the grounds up and looking nice. Come on, it Miami and these people try. They are raising the rent though, $845 for a 594sq ft 1 bedroom is kinda steep. It has no central air, no dishwasher, no w/d, not much closet space. So you really just paying for a roof over your head. But again, its Miami. Unless you're rich, or qualify for all the new low-income housing complex, you wont get anything spectacular. On the bad side, the walls are thin. There are roaches (but thats South FLorida, no matter how clean you are they are always there!), someone stole my neighbor's car battery, and there aren't much amenities other than a pool. So if you're looking for a roof over your head, in a somewhat decent area, with decent management, and cottage style home...this is your place. But if you can afford better then I suggest moving somewhere else.
