i previously lived next to these buidlings at what used to be called tahoe springs,a aimco company. which was horrible .horrible maint.,then they changed the name to doral springs .still horrible, and NOW its champions at doral.the owners own these buildings and fairways at doral(form.lincoln at doral),and doralpark condos,basically all the apts/condos on 48th st & NW 79th ave 33166 are owned now by 4 DORAL LLC,if country club now ccg,or country club gardens was horrible before the takeover-faulty management,bad plumbing, but thats miami, especially here in beautiful doral!now with 4 nothing but our money llc took over and its gone to hell. immediately after taking over they passed out flyers in english and spanish stating welcome, payments are due on 1st and 5th not to be after or else costly late fees.dont ask.so now we have greedier landlords who are in it for the money, and what a nice little welcome.there has been no improvement by 4 doral llc, on any of their properties except they highered all rents up to 1,040-$2 grand a month !! on a badly apt.they want make it condos but its crap.dont bother contacting the incompetent new staff-all of whom look like ex-convicts,and make us --------- look bad.they speak no english.there are 2 pools that have been containmated twice and shut down.another pool thats empty and growing weeds in it.empty for a year ,behind the leasing office as of 2/3/04.the toilets always back up especially during rain.same problem at champions.and elsewhere.same owners all.the a/c has had problems, the water heater was replaced,the gas leaked for several days and we didnt know it.and it stinked.til we found it was a heater.the water from the sink tastes horrible.we have the miners nearby to thank.constant traffic,noisy neighbors,they have security but dont bother, there is rampant hoodlums walkin here all the time. cops wont do nothing cause they say quote this area is bad.yes ,doral.- and its all covered up with happy propoganda. you might live here behind the golf course but its not how it seems. planes pass your head at all times. you can hear the trains-train yard 1 mi away- pepsi is across the street .warehouses.accidents,high light bills.questionable people and neighbors.they WILL LEASE TO ANY SCUMBAG from what i can see the new latest elements. theyre not even extending contracts. looking for unsuspecting newcomers to sign on or hopefully sell these junk units as condos.ive lived in "DORAL" for 10yrs and im leaving, just cause the area was incorporated into a city now .that doesnt mean to be horrible landlords.dont ever bother inquiring,. it sounds good on the phone, and perhaps in person, but as a ccg resident.. (who knows what they'll call it next ) ive been living here for so long, its horrible im tired of the abuse. unless your rich and have money to waste on crap. BUYER BEWARE

HELLO Hola , NOT NOT recomendable , asociacion de delincuentes , mucha mugre , negocio con towing company departe de los EMPLEADOS DE LA AGENCIA DE SEGURIDAD , ( muchos de los security"s incluyendo a los due??os Sra Gloria y su Hijo Cristian Diaz no tienen papeles para trabajar en este pais , increible mafia de robo de carros , trato despota de parte de toda esta gente , vecindario con drogas venta y consumo , no seguro para sus hijos , si usted no decea pasar un muy mal rato NO COMPRE ni rente en este DORAL GARDENS de el doral , le aseguro tendra una experiencia HORRIBLE usted mire los contenedores de residuos del vecindario como apestan de infecciones , las piscinas (tiene 2) son contaminadas con orine , permaNENTEMENTE , YA QUE NO TIENE ba??os ni cambia ropa , en definitiva si lo que usted busca es una lucha con ilegales que son quienes tendrian que cuidar de su seguridad ( y lo que pasara es que lo unico que usted vera es como la grua del Towing lleva su auto $$$120 a cada rato , tantas veces como botellas de cerveza usted mirara en el suelo y en la yarda , hablando de la yarda esta infectada de garrapatas y pulgas , por lo cual un peque??o paseo por el jardin , y tendra una infeccion su mascota y usted , de estos insectos , siguiendo si usted le gusta que le roben su automovil , o vienes personales , pues usted estara inmensamnete feliz , y si quiere ser tratado como un indio peruano , por esta gente de muy mala prosedencia , arriende o compre estas unidades , y vivira como en sud america en los barrios marginales ***vecindario TERRIBLE ***security GANSTERS Claudio Gonzales ....-

I used to live there, too. It is 100% the truth about the place. Supposedly called "Doral", it is NOTHING like the "image" of Doral: delinquents, gangsters, trouble, unhelpful maintenance/security. They need to have a 24/7 police presence in this neighborhood before it gets any worse. It's like the Wild Wild West. And all this in the "prestigious" neighborhood of Doral! Gooooo Miami!
