VERY Expensive

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Rent went from $1,355 (2/2) to $1,475 at renewal time. This is outrageous.
Very attractive property -- gorgeous lake, walking path, trees; however maintenance is shoddy at best. Garbage is constantly overflowing the main trash receptable; doggie deposit cans throughout the property are not emptied enough and the gym equipment needs SERIOUS updating.

Could be great place to live; very dog friendly; if changes were made.
