Management/Community went down hill

The community has slowly but shorly gone down hill over the last 3 years.
The management is terrible.. The office staff are not capable of dealing with everyday problems.. (it takes several phone calls to get anything fixed!!!), and forget about trying to get in contact of the so called Office manager (mentioning no names, sits in the room to the left and the door is always shut!)... She never returns phone calls or is simply rude to you..
They now have completely removed the front gate guard attendant.. One of the only communities in the Doral area not to have one.
I was told it it was to recoup some of the lost $$$ for a very poor occupancy % over the last few months... so for this we as the paying tenant must suffer..
The overall look of the community has dropped at an alarming rate.. I assume this is also due to the lack of funds.. Even though there rent prices are among the highest in the area.
My lease is up at the end of March and I for one will certainly be moving out!!
I was also very rudely informed that if I did not hand my 60 day notice in with in the allotted time that or I would be panelized.
