I have lived here for 2 years. If I thought that service was bad before with the previous manager nothing compares to the new one. She has no control over the staff, if you complain to her about anything she does nothing to correct the situation. Frankly, I cannot believe that a company would put someone so incompetent in charge. The new manager is more concerned with her hairspray then with serious property issues.
Do not move here! There are tons of properties in Doral, only use this one if you are on your last resort, you have been thrown out of your current living situation, or every other apartment community in Miami has been condemed.
