I moved here the week of Sept 11, 2001. 2.5 years now and the place has seriously gone downhill. Some noteworthy points:

1) Front guard is now gone. Gate is now open during the day. How safe is that'

2) Garbage pickup has gone down, because no matter what day I go to drop off my garbage, it is so full the garbage is piled outside!

3) Maintenance is iffey. I can't say they have screwed up all the time, but they are iffey at best.

4) Management has lost control of the property - there are more and more people double parking and blocking fire-hydrants, and nobody that either cites them or tows them. I think they they just ignore me everytime I call to complain about double-parkers.

5) There are now weekend "block parties" going on with a certain under-age resident that lives in the NW corner of the property. About 30 of his under-age friends show up and cause a ruckus on weekends. Cops have been called a few times already, but unfortunately I see no end in sight until we figure out who that little bastard is that is drawing all those kids here. But even if we figure out where he lives, will management care'

In a nutshell - STAY AWAY. They are very very expensive and the place is out of control. We have submitted a letter to the management company because the office is all but worthless.
