Rude, poor management, dirty and run down

This place looks very nice when you drive in, and htat is where it ends! The manager is so rude. I needed help with hurricane shutters, and the manger hung up on me, telling me she was "too busy and it was not her problem" She also stated "we don;t have enough maintenance people so there is nothing we can do. The proerty is dirty, they never empty the garbage dumpster, the pool is filty, the gym is not kept up nicely, and if you ask for something you get NO response. Most of the time the manager does not even answer the phone, she just lets it ring and ring. They can post all of the fake notes they want on this site, but this place is run down and trashy! They do not care about the residents and need serious management trianing in service. Also, not enough parking, hillbillies living here park everywhere!!
