We have lived here for several months now and have had nothing but problems. You can't use the pool because it is consistantly filled with duck feathers and droppings. The garbage is always overflowing and if you use the tennis courts is takes all your will nott to vomit from the stench. During the first couple hurricanes that came it was impossible to find shutters that were supposed to be in our apt.s already. Then when you call the office you can NEVER get a straight answer.
It looks like another company has bought the place, so we will see if they get around to doing the things that make this a community, instead of a dump.
