I got here in June. Bad decision. My car lights were stolen the first week here. I had to wait 5 days to get hot water. It took 2 months to get somebody to exterminate the ants that were in the apartment. In conclusion, they don't know what customer service is (especially for a very overprice lease). I was expecting that with the Archstone management group the situation was going to improve but it didn't. I'm leaving as soon as my contract expires...
