Rude, poor management, dirty and run down
This place looks very nice when you drive in, and that is where it ends! I have tried to complain. The manager is so rude. The manager has hung up on me, telling me she was "too busy and it was not her problem" She also stated "we don't have enough maintenance people so there is nothing we can do." The proerty is dirty, they never empty the garbage dumpster, the pool is filty, the gym is not kept up nicely, and if you ask for something you get NO response. Most of the time the manager does not
even answer the phone, she just lets it ring and ring. They can post all of the notes they want on this site, but this place is run down and trashy! They do not care about the residents and need serious management training in service.
