The parking situation is a disaster, oftentimes guests are turned away because of lack of parking. Security doesn't exist. The hallways are dark, dank and smell bad. Requested and vitally needed repairs are ignored. The building was recently converted to a condo and has been renamed "Aqua Sol". The apts are overpriced even for insiders. Although the building appears to be going through a renovation, it is only cosmetic. Systems are not being upgraded (i.e., plumbing, electrical,etc.) and all are badly in need of upgrading due to age and neglect. Mold has appeared due to neglected water leaks, and an environmental investigation is recommended.
