The place looks nice when you visit it, the apartment are quiet and if you live in the bayside, you have a nice view and quiet nights.
But the more you live there and the more you discover.
The Ac got broken, first for 2 months it a was a bit hot but ok, then instead of doing something, they waited until it brock completely and we had to stay more than 2 weeks without AC at all in the month of June....is it normal '' No and after they want the owner to pay all the charges....
the managment of the building is bad, not nice, rude, slow and when you see the inside of the building, you see that they don't take care of anything and neglect everything.
and now the new thing is they rent a part of the swimming pool area for party, and if you live on this side, you have to listen at the loud music people put, even with the closed window (if you call the security, they tell you that people have paid for that and you have nothing to say)
So the buiding is making money and not taking care of the people living there.
the more I stay here and the more I hate it.
At first I really liked it, but the managment is so bad they make people feeling not at home, so if you find for the same price something else, take it and don't go to aqausol.
