	The parking situation is a disaster, oftentimes guests are turned away because of lack of parking. Security doesn´t exist. The hallways are dark, dank and smell bad. Requested and vitally needed repairs are ignored. The building was recently converted to ... more

	The staff is rude... if you can even understand them. They discriminated against anyone who´s not Latin. The maintenance staff is annoying... they spend more time in the halls bugging residents trying to make small talk than they do fixing ... more
