IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY LOOK SOMEONE ELSE YOU WILL NOT LIKE THIS PLACE THIS PLACE IS DIRTY PAINT FALLING OFF THE WALLS THE LAUNDRY ROOMS DO NOT WORK THE MAINTENANCE DOES NOT FIX ANYTHING ALL THEY DO IS WALK AROUND AND SIT IN THERE STORAGE ROOM PLOTTING ON WHAT THEY CAN STEAL OUT OF THAT ROOM WE HAVE NOT HAD HOT WATER FOR ALMOST EIGHT MONTHS NOW MANANGEMENT JUST SIT IN THAT OFFICE AND TALK ALL THE TENANTS BUSINESS INSTEAD OF GETTING THIS PLACE TOGETHER ALL THEY ARE HERE FOR IS A PAYCHECK INSTEAD OF THEM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE CUTLER MANOR A BETTER PLACE THEY ARE WORRYING ABOUT WHO THEY CAN BUY FOODSTAMPS FROM AND WHO SELLING CLOTHES THEY LET CERTAIN TENANTS DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT AND SEND LEASE VIOLATIONS TO THE OTHERS IN MY OPINION THEY ARE NOT MANANAGER MATERIAL THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND TENANTS MOVED SOMEWERE ELSE BECAUSE THIS PLACE NEEDS ALOT OF WORK DONE TO IT AND THEY ARE NOT DOING IT BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP ALL THE MONEY THAT WAS GIVING TO THEM TO FIX THIS PLACE IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT MAKES A SURPRISE VISIT THEY WILL CLOSED THIS PLACE DOWN

Well everything that types prior is all TRUE..which is a shame..I myself took pictures of the dumpster to show the health dept. and this was after the so called new management..We as a people need to do better, when Nicole and Shenetha tried to make changes 85% of section 8 people complaind to the main office..these are the ones that sit home all day and have their noises kidz runnin up and down the halls and their male friend,tricks hanging in the halls. I still live here dont know how much longer...And yeah Dorsey need to get a real job..and they need to hire REAL Security or Off duty police...Please dont come over her on the 4th of july or NewYears. you may not leave..How the gun play is over here..Cutler manor has been here so long . they need a new start....and it can be with remolding these apartments washer dryer
