Some time people Just Need A Crutch.. But this Place Is Soo Unpleasent I wouldn't Want My Dog TO LIVE Here. Just Because YOU LIVE IN THE PROJECTS DOESN'T MEAN IT HAS TO BE SOOO LOW MAINTENANACE. WHY IS IT THAT THESE PEOPLE THINK THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO CARE ABOUT WHERE THEY REST JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T HAVE TO PAY RENT.. MAINTENEANCE SUCKS. I AGREE WITH THE OTHER GUY.... I DON'T RECOMEND CUTLER MANOR APARTMENTS CAUSE MANAGEMENT, SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE ARE DICKS....
