I never had the chance to live in this apartment complex because they promised me an apartment and never provided. 10 days before my said move in date I called to confirm that I was to move in and they told me they did not have an apartment for me. Before I had ever filled out an application I confirmed they would have an apartment available for the time I requested and they confirmed. I gave them the application fee and was told that I was approved for an apartment and would have one on the date they provided for me. I discontinued my apartment search for an apartment and made moving plans. I told my current residence that I was moving out on said date. I am terribly lucky I called to confirm because had I not they would have never called me to inform me that the apartment they promised me was never available and I would have showed up with my movers and no apartment to move into. They were not honest with me from the beginning of the process because they assured me there would be an apartment available. They took the application fee knowing full well i would not have applied should they had not had the apartment for the time I desired and they were inefficient by not informing me that they did not have an apartment available immediately when they were informed of the fact. I would like to warn others on the way this apartment complex operates and urge them to go elsewhere. It is to high of a risk to trust this Apartment Company.

The staff at this location is very short with people and they asked for money for a credit check and later they asked us for $125.00 to hold the apartment. Mind you we are paying for a credit check up front for the apartment shouldn't that be enough for them to hold the apartment??? They go from 50.00 to 85.00 each person to do a credit check. what is up with that? This smells like trouble to me.
