Sad Building run by ------- & ----------- ------.
For ANY of you thinking of Renting there, DON'T.

It is part Apartment, part
Vacation Rental 'Hotel'.

The Building Management is never there, and that is by choice.

I too had Ants, and ------- asked how this could happen.

----------- ----- was willing to supply a can of Bug spray.

The Owner is or was "-----".

Never got his last name, Nice guy who could care less about your problem with the Apartment.
Oh and the maintenance Guy is really just a Janitor.

If he needs a part, it is up to you to supply it.

My Girlfriend once threw a Cigarette off our Balcony and hit someone on the ground floor.

Sorry Guy!

They found Dead Rats in the Walls, and did nothing when live ones were first found.

Never got my Deposit back, but I was happy to learn they are charging for Carpet cleaning.

My Carpet
was disgusting, as was the common hallway Carpets.

The Apartment was erected in 1999, built in the same design as a Motel in Key West.

Looks like a crummy Days Inn, one you would never return to.

Noise & Traffic are real problems in the Area.

The Street outside fills up with angry Motorists at 7 AM, then again at 4 PM.

Horn Honking and an Accident a Month, usually Deadly, or a Hit & Run, popular in Miami!
The Owner wanted to make "Condos" or a "Co Op", but the owner does not own the Land.

It's a Florida thing! And yes the building is infested with ants.

Ants that can change your life.

I found Combat Ant Gel to be an amazing product.

Just one squirt in the right place can kill them for months.

And I am positive that using that stuff has shortened my life too, Ants go nuts over it.

Please don't consider Renting from these horrible people.

Good luck and stay away from 7000 SW 80th St.

ALL FOR ALL WE KNOW THEY ALL MIGHT BE FROM YOU, WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND HOW TO FIND YOU . NEXT TIME IT WILL BE FACE TO FACE AND WE'LL SEE IF YOU STILL HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, TIME TO GROW UP.

Is that a threat? Everyone is entitled to their opinion! All our Memo's at Dadeland Vista were written in a similar shouting style (all Caps) as your comments? And to bump up your Building to 57% still leaves Dadeland Vista among the lowest rated properties in Miami Dade County.

This is a very sad person who has a chip on his shoulder and looks to slander in anyway he can. If a deposit was not returned there must have been a good legal reason. There is a reasonable and legal way to settle disputs and this forum is not one of them. Currently the property is fully occupied, has been for several months with very happy professional tenants. Come by and judge for yourself

I do not think it is professional to respond to tenants' reviews in such a manner. Especially to threaten a former tenant just because they did not write a favorable review. Reviews are not always good. Thats what a review is for. It is that person's account of their experience at your apartment building. Certainly some of the other reviews are quite good. You cannot hassle a person just because they did not have a good experience & are sharing it with others. That's what reviews are for. Some will be good & some will be bad. That's the way it is. Do not threaten people by telling them "you know where to find them." I would be appalled if my apartment manager were saying such things to former tenants. Absolutely appalled.
