Despite it having a nice pool and cute surroundings, I STRONGLY discourage anyone moving here. The property is not secure at all, and they let almost anyone in without checking their ID. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty bad, even though it's close to the Design District. In the one year that I've lived here, my girlfriend's car got stolen, my license plate got stolen, and someone tried to break into my apt. last week. In addition, the garbage areas are disgusting, with garbage piling up everywhere. Laundry facilities are small and are located in a sort of trailer on the property. I though I would take a minute and write this commentary here, being that I hope it will be helpful to others in making decisions about where to live. Bottom line: Be smart and safe: Don't move here!!!
