From Bad to Worst!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved to Miami July '04. And I must agre with the other person it took me a week to mive into my apartment. First, they showed us the floor plans of 3 different apts and welike on better than the rest and wanted an apt just lie it. Not a problem right, wrong.
1-- the apartment they showed us was not he one we wanted.
2-- We were almost willing to tak it since it had taken us 3 days just to get one. Then, there were no appliances in the apt. They had to be brought in. They told us to go have lunch and when we got back everything would be in place. 3 hours later, wrong and still no appliances. They said they had to stop because of the rein which only started 5 min before we pulled into the property. Then it was, yes we can do next day comes no dice.
3--By now we are pissed off and want our place and then since it was taking so long demanded that they give us the apartment we had looked at. But of course it was not ready and had to be painted and appliances brought in. When we moved in it smelled heavily of paint.
4--When we moved in we had a month free rent coupon and now we find out if our rent was late than the last month is not free.
No one told us. Now no free month because of a month late rent.
5--When wemoved in we were told our rent would be due on the 5th of each month since that is we signed our lease ont that day,
When we go to pay we are told it is late and have to pay a 75 late fee and they only accept money orders.
6--2 months after paying a late fee for rent we did not know was going to be late, they send a notice saying we have not paid the late fee. Now we have to scurry to find the receipt but i have decided they need to find it.
7--Rent went up $300 in 9 months.Which is too bad because a lot of people are moving out,
On a better note the pool and tiki bar and gym are great, walking there is great and when the hot tub works it is nice.
