They lie to get you to sign a lease. Once you're in, they are extremely unhelpful. I haven't see rats, but I've heard that they are here. That said, there is definitely something living behind my bathroom wall, I've just never seen it.
The parking is horrible and they charge 25 dollars per car. There is no assigned parking.
They do keep horrible records. One month, they sent me a notice saying they owed me 265 dollars. The next month, they sent me a notice that my rent was now 950, instead of 875. I always pay my rent on time. Whenever I've asked for a receipt, I get an annoyed look.
