terrible place to live

I only lived at Design Place for a year, but it was the worst year of my life. I had many problems with my apartment, including pest infestation. It took the personnel a month to resolve the situation, they did not compensate me for any of the time I had to spend at another residence, and they did not help me replace any of my damaged goods. The buildings are old and falling apart, the people who live there are dirty and always leave trash laying around the complex. The people who work there seem to care more about getting money and less about the people that live there. Also,they are raising the rent to an exorbated amount of money to live in such a shabby complex. Word to the wise; LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
