There are rats everywhere. No kidding. The garbarge area is generally a dump, as in it is too small for all the people who live here. Oh, it's right next to the trailer with the "laundry facilities," all eight washers, and dryers, for a very large complex. Oh, did I mention the flooding' Even worse, they pick and choose who they're going to raise the rent on, one neighbor it was 100 a month; another, 400 a month, for the very same unit. A lot of sketchy people live here. Not worth it, really. I thought it was cute on the outside, so I moved in because they allowed dogs. OOPS, that was a LIE! They don't. Don't let Alvaro tell you otherwise, or get it in writing.
