This is the worst place I've ever lived in, the price is apparently low for Miami(you might think!) but that is not the real case, I just moved in and I'm seriously considering moving out, even if it means to pay out, this is not worth it, I've gotten sick 4 times in 3 months due to the poor maintenance to the building(let's face it it's old and has mold) due to the mold and mildue has a nasty smell all the time no matter what I do to try to clean it or cover it, and if you think it has a good location you are again being fooled by clever marketing and managment, because we are not in Brickel, we are in Little Haiti, this is what should be on the brochures. Sucks for real.
