I am thinking of renting from Design Place, but your postings concern me. Can you please give me some more information about yourself and your concerns with the building/management' The reason I ask is because the website looks really nice and the buildings on the website look great. But if the apartments are actually squalid, then I wouldn't want to live there. How many entrances to the property are there' Are the backyards private' Who are the kinds of people living there' What are the laundry facilities like' How many washer/driers are there' What makes the management so awful' Have you tried to get out of your leases' Where would you recommend living in Miami' What is the neighborhood like' Thanks so much!

i agree completely w/ the "7th circle of hell" reveiw. I moved in completely based off what was presented on the website. Even the management seemed picture perfect before you sign the lease. Couldn't sleep at night due to the noise, every building was termite infested (not to mention the night i heard a loud thump on the floor of my closet in the bedroom and a scurry of paws into the kitchen area), and the only way i got out of lease was threatening to go to local tv station w/ footage i had of infestations and local topless hookers prowling grounds in the AM. Only rent if you don't mind termite wings in your hair when you wake up and the wingless worm bodies wiggling on your pillow 2 inches from your face.
