Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2004
 
This place was a TOTAL dump. When we moved in, there was a SEVERE termite problem, that management didn't say anything about. The termite dammage was so bad, you could feel the floor boards crunch when you walked over the carpet. There were hundreds of termite wings in our bed everynight.

There was a crackhead "literally" who below us. There were prositutes on the corners of the adjoining streets, and one of the security guards brought one of the prostitues in the whirl pool so she could shower.

Security was a total joke. People would have parties in the main courtyard blasting Regatone music till 2am and security would do nothing.

When we tried to move out and leave, the management tried to strongarm us into staying.
