Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Prior to moving there, I lived in a 1940's building in South Beach, so I had patience with the old bathrooms, the thin walls, shady neighbors...but the constant company of roaches' OH MY GOD. On top of that, the maintenance is ZERO. I wish I had read these reviews before I moved in.
