I haven't seen any rodents yet besides the neighbors.

They forgot to advertise that it is on the border of the Design District and Little Haiti which is pretty much as safe and clean as the country Haiti.

The streets abound with crack heads and prostitutes at all hours.

Crackhead/Pimps have tried to sell me their girls at the gas station right across the street.

The helicopters don t come as often but 3 months ago the police were chasing people around every night.

There are not enough washers/dryers and they cost $1.75 each.

As previously mentioned, you have to refill a card at the office from 8-5.

This is fine for most residents who do not work, instead go to school and party on mommy and daddies money.

There are parties with loud music of very poor taste as late as 3 AM on weekdays with security does nothing..

If you like loud reggaeton parties and crack heads then this is the place for you.
