I cant say that my stay here has been unpleasant.

The office staff and construction crew is very helpful.

There is a property manager onsite at all times to handle any of the issues I ever had a problem with.

I love the pool and the cabana area.

The Tiki bar is an absolute plus and their option to have food delivered to your apartment after a long days work is priceless.

I shopped around before I became a tenant, and I have to say that I am getting a great deal.

I would recommend Design Place to any student or working professional on a budget who does not want to compromise their standards.

This has to be a staff's review. There's no way a resident in their right mind would consider this place even remotely livable.
