I am going to give an honest review. I have been living here for four years. I rarely ever had problems with parking. For an apartment complex they have alot of parking. I have never had a serious roach problem. If I saw a roach, I would just schedule for them to have the exterminator to spray the apartment. Rats & Mice. I recently had some rats in the kitchen I put some traps down & had the office put down some poison. The rats were gone within a week. The thing you have to remember this is Miami and these are old buildings. If you find out that you have termites you will have to ----- & complain forver to get the place tented. The bottom line you get what you pay for. The rent is reasonable for the normal person. It is a safe place to live even though it is surrounded by the ghetto. It is gated and I have not had any problems with crime. If you are looking for a safe place to live for cheap this is the place to live. The landscaping is pleasant and you don't feel so cooped up with gloomy hallways & elevators thats why I chose this place. As far as the people that live here. Its a mixed crowd, mostly young people & students. Trust me its better than living in Hialeah or in The Real Ghetto.
