Sure the apts are older but you cant beat the price.
The cheapest place to live on the east side.
I lived in an old building in Miami Beach and that place had more problems by far.
As far as the bugs go the management will get Orkin to come by and spray if you need it.
The pool area is really nice and the gym is OK.
The cafe is good.
NO problem parking though, thats why I moved here.
When I lived on the beach it was a constant struggle to find a spot near the building.
Here you park easily
