Uh, make sure you document every single thing -- everything you do, all communications, etc. I would suggest making management "sign off" on any paperwork you give them and things like that. We were "evicted" without warrant, and our deposit was illegally kept by management. The only reason we couldn't fight this was because we moved across the country and received our "eviction" notice/info AFTER moving (after the COMPLETION of our lease).
