Bad impression just from visiting

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I went by here today after viewing a listing on craigslist.org. The lady, Monica, that helped me quoted me three different prices, none of which were the same from the listing online. English is obviously not the staff's first language. The complex is just plain old and run down looking. Even in the model apartment they showed us, the only thing nice was the cheap Target/Ikea furniture they had in there. The stove looked like it was from the 50's. The paint was done horribly and chipping at almost every corner. The carpet in the model was stained... I can only imagine what normal units look like. The "fitness room"... what a joke, there was 2 dumbells on the the entire rack, which were not matching lbs. The rest of the equipment was ghetto. The main pool was fine, but the surrounding area was flithy. Cheap rent or not.. I'm not moving in. And the surrounding neighborhood is straight up hood. Like South Central L.A. If you're typical Miami trash, then you'll love it here. There is a reason they have been advertising so much... no one will live there. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
