We had sveral problems back in September.

Guys, it never gets better it seems.

Maintenance fixed all the problems very promptly but not efficiently.

Like two weeks ago after being gone for the Holidays we came home to find a fungus growing in my daughters room under the window that they supposedly fixed back in Sept.

only they just covered it up and it got worse.

I don't blame the maintenance guys, they're real nice and you can tell they work hard.

I just think there's too much to do and probobly too little pay.

So what can we expect for work quality.

Just last night my neighbors apartment got broken into.

Security said that it's been happening alot recently.

Now I have to keep my windows and blinds closed so that no one wants or tries to break in.

I can't wait until our lease is up.
