i've read the bad reviews and i have to say i was a little scare to know that all those people had such bad experiences at dplace.

truthfully i moved in with out reading any reviews, if i had, i don't think i would have moved here.

but, i must say, so far everything has been great.

i chose an apartment closer to the pool area, so of course its a little more expensive then the ones by the avenue.

the repair guys are prompt and corteous.

management have responded effeciently and professionally.

i did not like the leasing girl though.

she comes across as a bit arrogant and fake.

but other then that, i really like it here.

the big trees, the pool is always clean, the coffe shop is convenient, the people have great customer service.

is centrally located and the prices are very reasonable.

i was a bit skeptical moving here at the beginning because the area still needs to clean up, but inside the community is very nice.

Oh! and my only complaint is that the security guys during the night shift need to be more alert.
