Design Place has a few flaws first the is an incompetent real estate agent named -------which lies and does a very poor job with organization at the office and then there is the famous ----- which is always hitting on women one of those my girlfriend who hates going to the office because she constantly sexually harrased and also has sexual harrasment law suit against him which makes me think that this guy might even be a pedofile who knows, I find him offensive, uneducated and unfit for the job. Then there is the satellite dish issue which it is prohibited but there is people who have dishes so I find that disciminating. The a/c is located in the living room and it is supposed to cool down the whole aparment'' I cant wait to see my FPL bill. All these issues are real and true please come by sometime and see for yourself!! Laundry facilities are horrible always dirty and broke and EXPENSIVE.I really do not recommend this place but differnt strokes for different folks. Security personnel is very nice and attentive!!
