First of all, you will get excited with all the internt marketing, with lots of pictures. Then you will see the sample apartments, and they look good too. At the end you get the actual product and the only way i can explain how this community makesmoney is with decieving marketing.

My apartment is missing kitchen cabinets that were sopposed to be installed shortly after moving but never came.
The laundry room is just plain out disgusting. Hair, water, dirt old wet socks, you name it.
Dont know where to throw your trash' You can smell your way to it.
Rats are around and had a couple of mice that chose to die rather than living here.
Hallway smels like garbage juice and drugs.

Well i could keep going, but it is not worth typing.

I do not recomend this place to anyone. it is garbage, for the same exact of money you can move somewhere nice.

This has been so bad I have considered putting up a site to show the REAL D.Place so people dont make the mistake made and sign a lease with this ---- hole.

These are my last two months and I am so excited about leave this trash behind.

And I could bet the review under me was done by D.Place itself.

When you come here go look at the entire place, dont follow the sales guy and disregard the sample apartment. DONT SIGN until you get to do a good inspection of your unit and the area around it.

Somone should sue this place
