i spent a year there, they didn't want to fix a leak that going through our wall from the upstairs! we had to place pots and pans and change them 3 times daily cause sooo much water would pour through. there was rats that we would see running around the back. they dont allow your guests to use the pool or gym. they show you one apartment then switch it up when its time to move in, they say its one price on the websites they post in then tell you they are all out of those and that you have to settle for a one that costs more! They spam and overpost like crazy on craigslist cause they have a hard time keeping their tenants after one year of hell. If you decide to leave they tell you that they will sue you for the rest of the term of the least with will be in the thousands. The place actually use to be ghetto government projects and all they did was throw paint on the walls and give it a new name.
